I've spent my career building things — literally and figuratively. Before moving into project controls I worked in the trades as a reinforcing steel ironworker and carpenter, and ran my own fencing contracting operation. That ground-level experience shapes how I read budgets and field-reported costs.

Over 20 years I've worked across heavy industrial, commercial and institutional construction — owner's rep, general contractor, subcontractor and consultant. I've been on every side of the table at serious project scales, which shapes how I read a budget, challenge a schedule and understand what each party is actually managing toward.
